I was influenced by several women in my life, right from my early years in life while, growing up. My mother, who taught me to respect women and treat them with dignity and care. She instilled in me that without Woman, the world doesn’t exist, the society may take time to change, but she said, ‘son, you can make this change by doing your bit for Womankind’ 

Having grown up with a sister as a sibling and parents with strong values, always living life that women have greater resilience, tenacity, vision, and passion to the family. 

My introduction to Women Empowerment was instilled in me by my Mother. Women have to create for themselves an equal, competing and compelling environment to become successful. I have always believed that women are stronger, mentally, physically, emotionally and spiritually. They provide the balance in the Universe and have proved to be great leaders.
