Virendra Jain,  A premier B-school graduate with over 15 years of rich work experience in leading national & multinational companies spanning across profiles like HR generalist, CoE & Shared Services.

Virendra currently leads Talent Management practice for Reliance Industries Limited. He has been associated with diversity & inclusion practices of various organizations over the last 15 years and strives to build a culture where inclusiveness is a reflex, not an initiative. In one of his roles as lead for Social Progress in India, Middle East & Africa for German MNC Henkel, he facilitated funding for more than 20 projects for underserved communities across the globe. He’s worked across different industries in various capacities ranging from sales, marketing, service experience, social progress, and Human Resources. He is a founded member of an NGO named ‘1% Humanity’ which encourages people to devote 1% of their time or resources for the betterment of society and neighborhood.
