With over 12+ years of HR experience, Bachelor’s & Master’s Degree in Management with a specialization in Human Resources.  

She has majorly worked with large nation-building and Fortune 100 Companies. Her key areas of expertise in developing and implementing Talent Strategy.

In her current role as a Business HR partner at the Dow Chemical Company, she oversees operations in India and Bangladesh, supports commercial, manufacturing, and R&D with about 250 employees and combined revenue of approximately USD 560 MM. As a Business HR driver being intimately involved with the business and championing the cause for an employee. 

She works to enhance the ‘People Value Proposition’ for organizations which will enable both business and personal success. 

Deepti, firmly believe that a good collaboration of Talent + Technology is key to Customer Experience + Employee Experience = Business Growth 

Leads the Avtar BCWI,2018 (Best Companies for Women In India) for Dow India and secured Dow India to be among the top 15 companies in India for women and working Mothers and hence unleashing the women's potential is something that she is very passionate about. 

Prior to Dow Chemical, she was associated with Larsen & Toubro for over 8 years with a focus on handling Global Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, and HR Business Operations. 

The passion to connect with others, empathy, approachability, and gratitude have been innate to her personality. Over the years of professional experience, she has learned from adversity and practicing situational leadership has always helped her emerge stronger. She sees in herself “A DAUNTLESS HR SPARK”. 

Her purpose is seeking a balance between her personal well-being and her personal passion to create her “Whole Self”,  her goal is to make a positive difference to the lives she connects with.

Her family is her biggest strength and she enjoys fine arts, reading and traveling. 

As part of her personal investment towards self-development, she has recently embarked upon the journey towards creating a healthy lifestyle with an aim to achieve a balance of mind, body, and soul!
